1. clofamo does not ship or deliver currently any product you book, buy/sell through clofamo.
2. Its just a booking platform and currently does not have shipping or delivery functionality.
3. clofamo also doesnot ask for paying any amount for such purposes.
4. User on clofamo are requested to handle shipping /delivery of product on there own and clofamo holds no responsiblity for it.
5. clofamo is just a booking portal to buy / sell new -second hand products.

Cancellation and Refund / Return Policy

1. clofamo doesnot have cancellation feature as clofamo just books the product for you by charging a small non refundable amount from you for booking the product and letting you make the actual deal in person, actual purchase/sell is to be made of product by you.
2. clofamo doesnot refund or return the amount you had paid for booking the product for actual purchase
3. clofamo doesnot refund or return the booking amount as the booking amount confirms that you will buy that product and the person who has posted the product for selling gets confirmation that you will purchase it actually by going and paying the product amount without subtracting the booking amount
4. clofamo also doesnot return or refund the bid confirmation amount paid by person who accepts the bid by customer as the customer gets confirmation that the product he has booked will be available for him to go and buy by paying the actual amount listed on that product without subtracting the confirming amount.
5. clofamo can help you for problems you are facing in case you are unable to contact the person after paying the (booking amount/confirming amount) to clofamo. clofamo can help you to get his contact no for contacting him/her for actual buy and sell of the product.
6. In case you are unable to contact the person to make the deal after paying the booking amount to clofamo ,you can write us on our mail (clofamo@gmail.com) and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hrs.
7. clofamo also does not hold any responsiblity for product in any sense ,all responsiblity will be yours and the person whose product is being purchased or sold ,you should discuss all things related to product and other detail regarding it with the person or shop when you will actually go and buy/sell that product by paying the amount without subtracting the booking or confirming amount you had paid to clofamo.

App usage policy

1. You donot need to pay any amount to clofamo for letting you find you product and book it for you, to actual buy or sell that product.
2. clofamo doesnot deliver the product, just book it for you to go and actual buy/sell that product.
3. There is no booking amount for confirming the deal,it has nothing to do with it ,the product amount needs to be paid without deducting ,seperately when you go for actual buying/selling the product to end customer or user.
4. No charge is paid to clofamo for letting you find and buy/sell actual products for you on best deal at your fingertips
5. clofamo doesnot refund or return amount/confirming amount, you pay to shop for the product or confirm the deal in case deal is not happened by any means.
6. clofamo is ecommerce web/app service for catalog for your clothes, .
7. for finalizing the deal between buyer and seller for actual buy/sell of product,you need to pay the full amount mentioned in the post of that specific product.
8. clofamo does not hold responsiblity for products you buy or sell through clofamo.
